Massachusetts LSTA Long Range Plan 2008-2012

The Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) requires that the MBLC submit a Long Range Plan to set broad strategic direction for the use of Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) federal funds, to inform Massachusetts libraries of these directions, and to meet statutory requirements.  An evaluation of the former (2003-2007) Long Range Plan was submitted to IMLS in March 2007. A  new Five Year Plan (for the years 2008-2012) was approved by the Board at its June 7, 2007 meeting, and approved by IMLS in September 2007.
