Libraries and consortia that filed Letters of Intent will receive applications at their grant workshops (pdf).

Applications are in Microsoft Word. Some grant applications have an additional instruction sheet, also in MS Word. Please pay close attention to the instruction sheet, if provided, when completing your application.

Download Procedure

Simply click on the file that you want.
Your web browser should ask you whether you wish to save the file to disk or open.
Select "Save" or "Save to Disk".
If your computer does not automatically prompt you to save the file, but attempts to open the file in a browser window, return to this page and hold down the "Shift" key as you click on the application. This should force your browser to ask you whether you want to save the file.
