Instructions for reporting problems with electronic grant applications
When reporting problems with your grant application, please attach the document to an email and send it to us. We will need to see the exact copy of the grant document you are working with in order to help you. To attach a document to an email, simply save the document to your hard drive, a floppy, or a CD, click the attach button on your email software, browse for the file and then attach it.
In the email, please detail how you downloaded the document, particularly the date and time you downloaded it.
Please be detailed in your explanation of the problem. We have tried to simplify the process this year, but there may be something we've overlooked. We want to make sure you enjoy the benefits of the electronic application, so please be patient. Your help in identifying and resolving problems will make the application process better for everyone.
