Chapter 13. Publicity
Although we've left publicity for last so we could include some handouts that we don't have electronically publicity should happen before, during and after all of your project activities! You may have the best project in the universe, but if no one knows about it, you have wasted your precious time and much federal money!
As a grant recipient, you are required to acknowledge the MBLC and the Institute of Museum and Library Services in your announcements, printed materials and at project public events. Some sample materials and recommended wording are provided, or visit the IMLS website (www.imls.gov) and the MBLC Web site (mass.gov/mblc) for additional information.
