Regional Membership

There are currently over 1,700 library members of the six regional library systems. Any public, academic, school and special library within a region will be eligible to participate as a member of a Regional Library System upon meeting certain requirements.

Inquiries about becoming a member of a region should be directed to the headquarters office for the region in which the library is located. If you do not know which region your library is in, please check the map or refer to the list of cities and towns that each region covers.

This Web site, and other programs of the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners, is funded in part with funds from the
Institute of Museum and Library Services, a federal agency that fosters innovation, leadership and a lifetime of learning.
