Advisory & Technical Assistance 

Each Regional Library System has professional, experienced consultants who provide advisory and technical assistance to member libraries. These services include consulting on long-range, strategic and technology planning, collection development, customer service, etc., as well as consulting on library issues with library trustees, board members, educators and municipal officials. In addition, the regions provide computer technology assistance and access to professional literature collections. Consulting may take many forms including telephone, email, and on-site visits. Regions often survey their members to ensure that they are meeting their advisory and technical assistance needs.
